What was CTV thinking?  Assuming they were thinking.

And the Conservatives?  Were they thinking?

I haven’t seen the ad but have watched the YouTube video of the poor journalist explaining why CTV aired the out-takes. Because it’s news.  Actually I’m all for out takes.  They show you the person rather than the performer.

Stephane Dion – the person – has my vote.

He was lovely.  You could see him struggling to understand the convoluted tenses of the hypothetical question.  “So, wait, when am I Prime Minister?” (no, not an exact quote).  At one pint he threw his head back and laughed.  Has anyone ever seen Mr Harper throw his head back and laugh?
