I love cemeteries - old cemeteries. Modern memorial gardens don’t do much for me. The older the cemetery, the more interesting the headstones. In fact, calling them headstones doesn’t do justice to the huge gorgeous rococo statues. Maybe people thought that god was more likely to notice them if they had a really big memorial.

I’m in the process of moving Living in the Country from Typepad to Wordpress. I got a bit ahead of myself last night and moved all the posts. I suppose I could undo everything, and go back to Typepad until the Wordpress installation is all formatted but I’ve decided to leave it like this as a work in progress.
Sometimes I live in the country - Priceville in Grey County and Dungannon in Huron County - and sometimes I live in the City - Toronto. Hard to pin down.
